A $500 nonrefundable retainer is due at your first prenatal visit and counts toward the $7,000 total. After that, payments are $400 per prenatal visit. The remaining balance is due at 36 weeks 0 days. Jenna will explain the payment schedule before you enroll.
Depending on the family’s needs and choices, separate costs may include ultrasound imaging, non-routine laboratory work, specialist consultation, newborn hearing screening, childbirth education, a birth-pool rental, supplements, Rh immune globulin, and travel outside the primary service area. These services are often paid directly to the outside provider.
Exodus is an out-of-network, self-pay practice. Itemized receipts and invoices are available. Exodus does not issue superbills or promise insurance reimbursement. Ask your plan or health-share organization directly what it requires before relying on reimbursement.
